Man Allegedly Harassing 5 Minor Cousins in Zambales Arrested by Police
Police authorities arrested a 28-year-old man who was accused of addicted to adult movies for harassing his 5 minor cousins on different occasions in Zambales.
According to the Zambales Police Department, a detained man in Zambales is accused of harassing his five minor cousins in Albay. According to the news, the suspect is being held in a jail in Sta. Cruz, Zambales.
The suspect is reported to be the most sought man in Albay due to the 12 counts of r*pe he faces. According to the blotter of Sta. On November 13, Saturday, local police detained the suspect in Cruz Municipal Police Station in Zambales.

The defendant, according to the investigators, harassed and sexually abused the victims on several occasions, sometimes in his own home. Another incident is said to have occurred at the victim’s home.
According to investigators, the harassed victims ranged in age from seven to thirteen years old. Captain Richard Asis, the chief of the Sta. According to Cruz, Zambales Police, the culprit takes advantage of the victims, especially when the victim’s parents and siblings are not around.
“Doon mismo sa loob ng bahay ng suspek ginagawa ‘yung panghahalay. May pagkakataon din na kung minsan doon mismo sa loob ng bahay ng biktima ginagawa ng suspek pinagsasamantalahan niya ‘pag wala doon ‘yung magulang at kapatid,” Asis said.
The suspect has not responded to the charges leveled against him. He stated that he accepts the charges that have been brought against him. According to Asis, one of the possible motives for the harassment was the suspect’s fascination with watching pornographic videos.
