A hair and nails studio in Las Piñas generously gives the early 13th month pay of their staff as early as November.
The Facebook account “Adarna Grande” has shared the photos of their employees’ 13th month pay, which has been released as early as November. The post immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the photos, it can be seen that the 13th month pay of Adarna Granda Hair and Nails Studios’ employees in Las Pinas City. Each employee received a huge amount of P30, 000 although the business just started.
The salon owner said that the large amount of her worker’s 13th month pay was her token of gratitude to show her appreciation for their effort. She said that customers continue to book appointment for salon home service’s amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Adarna explained that her business continue to earn although her salon has been shut down due to the lockdown. The owner said that her employees tirelessly served their customers via salon home services.
“Deserved naman nila… Sabi nga kapag gumagawa ka ng kabutihan sa kapwa ibinabalik yan ni Lord ng sobra sobra!” the salon owner said.
Aside from the 13th month pay, the workers will receive Christmas bonus on December, according to the generous employer. She posted the photos last November 4, 2021.
