PAGASA Says PH Expects Fair Saturday Weather w/ Possibility of Isolated Rainshowers

PAGASA Releases Latest Weather Update for Saturday (November 13)

The state weather bureau PAGASA reported that the Philippines would have a generally fair weather condition with isolated rainshowers.

On Saturday (November 13, 2021), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The intertropical convergence zone would affect the country’s weather condition.

PAGASA reported that the Tail-end of Frontal System or shear line would affect the eastern section of Northern Luzon. The Northeast Monsoon or popularly known as rest of Northern Luzon.

Shear line and the amihan would bring cloudy weather condition with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over the provinces of Batanes, Cagayan, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate and Northern Samar.

Partly cloudy to cloudy weather condition over Camarines Sur, Camarines Norte, Catanduanes, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Benguet, Ifugao, Abra, Mountain Province, Apayao, Kalinga, and Aurora.

The localized thunderstorms would bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the remaining parts of the country.

The weather agency also advised the residents in the affected area to take precautionary measures for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern Luzon will be moderate to rough. The rest of the archipelago would have slight to moderate surrounding sea condition.
