Senator Manny Pacquiao’s Mansion in Los Angeles is Allegedly Being Sold for P226-M

2022 election Presidential candidate Senator Manny Pacquiao’s mansion in Los Angeles is reported to be sold at P226 million.

According to a Realtor article, the boxer-turned-mansion politician’s is now on the market in Los Angeles for $4.5 million, or P226 million. Pacquiao will sell his Mediterranean-style property, which he sold for $ 2.17 million in 2009.

According to the previous post, after losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in 2015, the great boxer allegedly tried to sell his property. His intended transaction, however, did not appear to go through due to some major issues.

The mansion is 4,273 square feet in size and features five bedrooms. It also contains a trophy room where Pacquiao’s achievements and certificates from his career as a famous boxer may be seen.

The Pacquiao home has been featured on MTV Cribs and other shows. It’s unclear whether he made the decision to sell his mansion to America on his own, or if this conduct had anything to do with his campaign.

It will be noted that the cost of running for the highest office in the government is not insignificant. According to Cristy Fermin, Pacquiao has recently been reported to be selling his properties in General Santos.

Cristy revealed to the public during his “Cristy Fer Minute” show that he is selling some of his family’s properties in his hometown due to financial difficulties. Cristy announced the news and stated that the earnings would be used to fund his presidential campaign.
