ALBIE CASINO – PBB celebrity housemate Albie Casino openly talked about his condition and admitted that he is living with ADHD.

Workout has done so many to Albie Casino and it is evident in every cut in his toned body. He works out a lot and he admits this. Apart from physical health reasons, there are more reasons why does this and this is for his mental health. In the recent episode of PBB Kumu where he is one of the housemates, he opened up about his condition and how working out has become his outlet to manage himself.

Talking to his fellow housemate showbiz newcomer Shanaia Gomez, he confessed that no one can talk to him straightly if he hasn’t done any exercise. He accordingly gets stressed and added, “To be honest, it’s more for my mental health than my physical health.”

Opening up to Big Brother or “Kuya”, he revealed that he has attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD, a medical condition that affects attention, the ability to sit still, and self-control. Having this neurodevelopmental condition may tend to also affect their relationship with other people because of how they behave.

In the confession room, working out has become his way to calm her mind and he has nothing in his mind but working out. It gives him the reassurance of his strength. He said as per ABS-CBN report, “Dahil po sa condition ko — meron po kasi akong ADHD — ‘yung utak ko, ang dami niyang iniisip palagi. Pag nakakapag-exercise ako, I’m in the moment na, ‘Walang ibang importante ngayon, except itong workout na ‘to.’”

Albie is 28 years old and adults with ADHD are treated through medication, psychotherapy, or both.
