Single Mom Earns Praises Online For Building Dream House After Years of Hardwork

DREAM HOUSE – A single mom named Wendee Arriesdago has finally build her dream house after years of hardwork.

Wendee Arriesdago finally fulfill her dream to build her own dream house after spending several years of hard work and thriftiness. Her achievement serves as an inspiration to the online community.

The single mom and her three kids were living in Cebu City and they have to pay the rent for the house as well as its amortization. Unfortunately, her income could not meet the end of their daily expenses.

The solo parent who is working alone to support the financial necessities of her kids have decided to begin building a house. She had an initial amount of P200, 000 upon starting the construction of her dream house last 2020.

However, the amount was only able to construct a few portion of the house and she needs to spend more amount to complete the building. She stopped it due to the lack of financial support.

From August to December 2020, Wendee worked hard to save a sufficient amount of cash to complete the construction of their new house. Her kids also helped her by reducing their expenses.

Arriesgado also looked for a supplier of construction materials offering a flexible paying scheme. She is paying every 15th and 30th of the month until her house is almost complete. The single mother has spent over P700, 000.

The woman advised the people who want to construct their own house to save money first and plan it well. She also said that having a simple lifestyle can help us to save more amount.
