Speech Writer of Pacquiao Revealed He Was Not Paid for His Service

Speech Writer of Manny Pacquiao Shares Unpaid Services from the Boxing Champ

The speech writer of Senator Manny Pacquiao took social media to reveal that he was allegedly not paid for his service for the politician.

Veteran sportswriter Edmund “Snow” Badua claimed on Facebook that he was not compensated for his services by presidential contender Manny Pacquiao in the 2022 electoral poll. He works for Pacquiao as a speech writer and commissioner of the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League, according to him (MPBL).

Badua made his accusation against the boxer-turned-politician public in a Facebook post. He claimed that he spent his own money on the services he provided for Pacquiao, who is currently leading the race.

“Di pa ko bayad ng 3 months as Senate speech writer mo and 3 months as MPBL commissioner. Tapos nag abono pa ko sa mga meeting ng mga would be team owners sa mga restaurant na mamahalin gaya ng Mario’s, Via Mare, Annabel’s at iba pa,” he revealed

He further claimed that he was the one who compensated the inept events staff for disrupting the schedule after the Senator allegedly ordered the MPBL’s opening to be canceled four times. Badua further stated that Pacquiao does not listen to advise and does whatever he wants.

“Kami rin nag abono sa bayad ng mga pobreng events team na nagblock ng schedule tapos apat na beses mo pinakansel opening ng MPBL noon. Ganun ka kagulo magmando sir. Walang sistema. Ayaw sumunod sa payo. Kung ano lang maisipan mo.” said Badua.

This is Badua’s answer to Pacquiao’s recent statement concerning his money distribution in Batangas. After reading Badua’s post, many internet users were disappointed with the presidential contender.

Money appears to have erupted against the former boxer in recent months, it should be noted. Pacquiao’s camp has yet to comment on the new allegations leveled against him.

Mike Hanopol of the Juan dela Cruz band, a famed Filipino rock icon, stated in August that he was not paid by Pacquiao for his authored songs. Hanopol’s dismay was quickly resolved by Pacquiao’s friend Lito Camo.
