ABS-CBN Chief Carlo Katigbak Recalls Bea Alonzo Love For Singing
BEA ALONZO – GMA-7 actress Bea Alonzo received birthday wishes from ABS-CBN CEO and president Carlo Katigbak.
Filipina actress Bea Alonzo made headlines this year when she decided to transfer to the Kapuso network. She signed her exclusive contract with the tv network on July 1, 2021.
In one of her Youtube vlogs, the prominent actress opened up about leaving ABS-CBN. She said, “Gusto kong mag-focus ngayon sa positibo, and alam ko in my heart na I got the blessing of my past bosses.”
Despite her transfer to the Kapuso network, Bea Alonzo remains on good terms with her bosses and former co-workers. ABS-CBN CEO and President Carlo Katigbak was among the surprise birthday guests feature by the actress in her latest Youtube vlog.
Bea, who turn 34 on Oct 17, got a surprise from her team. They collected some of her colleagues and closest friends to make a special edition of #AskBea.

Carlo Katigbak was among the top personalities who appeared on Bea Alonzo’s special vlog. In the video, he fondly recalled the actress’ love for singing.
“You know, I’ve heard you sing twice – once with Anne [Curtis] in ABS[-CBN] and another time onstage during one of your birthday parties. So, my question for you today is: will you sing for us on your birthday? Happy birthday, Bea!” he said.
It can be seen in the video that Bea Alonzo was very shocked by Carlo Katigbak’s appearance. She immediately gave a message in response.
“Sir Carlo! I love you! Nami-miss ko kayo ka-inuman! Yung huli kong birthday celebration, nandoon sila almost end ng party and I miss you so much…
“I hope we can do it again kapag lahat na ay safer. I hope we can get together again. Thank you for the message! I love you, I miss you so much,” she added.

Bea Alonzo’s close friends from ABS-CBN also took part in the video. Ian Veneracion, Judy Ann Santos, Enchong Dee, Angel Locsin, and Angelica Panganiban were among those tapped to asked her a question.
