Kylie Verzosa has these upcoming movie projects
Beauty queen-turned-actress Kylie Verzosa expressed how honored she is to have the chance to work with critically-acclaimed filmmaker Brillante Mendoza.
After the pageant stage, Kylie was able to pave her way to acting. From doing supporting roles in teleseryes, she has become the lead star on the big screen. The movie The Housemaid is the most recent film that she did and she received admiration for her acting skills.
After the chance to work with screen veterans Jaclyn Jose, Albert Martinez, and Alma Moreno, Kylie Verzosa worked with award-winning director Brillante Mendoza in the movie Sisid. Based on the article in PUSH, this film is produced by Viva Films and also features Paolo Gumabao, Mayton Eugenio, and Vince Rillion.
Kylie post about this on her Instagram account highlighting how honored she is to have this rare opportunity. “It was such an honor to work with direk @brillante_mendoza and the entire cast and crew. Such a challenge but thoroughly enjoyed the process! Can’t wait for you guys to see it!” the beauty queen-turned-actress wrote in the caption of her post.
Based on her geotag, her new movie was shot in Pola, Oriental Mindoro. In her IG Story update, she shared that this will be released next year. However, there are no further details yet revealed about the movie.
Aside from this film with Direk Brillante Mendoza, Kylie Verzosa will be doing a film also with Direk Mac Alejandre My Husband, My Lover with Marco Gumabao and Adrian Alandy. Another big name included in this film project is screenwriter Ricky Lee who wrote the script. This will also feature another former beauty queen Cindy Miranda who starred in Nerisa opposite Aljur Abrenica.
