According to the article, Noceda was sacked on March 25, 2021, after a decision by Napolcom. On June 13, 2021, he filed an MR (motion for reconsideration), which was denied, Eleazar to the Philippine News Agency (PNA).

Eleazar stated that he had a pending appeal with Napolcom’s (National Police Commission) NAB (National Appellate Board) (National Police Commission). His current status is that he has been discharged from the military, awaiting the outcome of his appeal.

Last year, the Women and Children Protection Center (WCPC) filed complaints against Noceda with the Quezon City Prosecutor’s Office for acts of lasciviousness, unjust vexation, and violation of the Safe Spaces Act. Noceda allegedly sexually molested the Parojinog on June 9 and then again on September 7, 2020, according to his affidavit.

Following the operation in July 2017, Parojinog was arrested and jailed at the PNP Custodial Center for drugs and guns possession. Based on the previous report, the raid murdered at least 15 people, including his father, Ozamiz City mayor Reynaldo Parojinog.
