TikTok Star Gabriel Salazar Dies In Fiery Car Crash

TIKTOK STAR DIES IN CAR CRASH – The popular TikTok sensation Gabriel Salazar or better known as “gabenotbabe” has died.

The social media influencer with over 2.2 million followers sadly died following a fiery crash in Texas. Along with him, authorities said three other people died.

According to officials, the incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. Sunday. Authorities said a Crystal City police officer pulled over Salazar’s car as he was driving in Zavala County. However, it wasn’t clear why he was told to pull over.

On its official Facebook page, the Zavala County Sherriff’s office said:

On Sunday September 26, 2021 at approximately 1:20am ZCSO deputy overheard a Crystal City Police Department officer initiate a traffic stop on US Highway 83 at the intersection of FM3292. CCPD officer advised he was in an active pursuit with a white Chevy Camaro that was traveling north on Highway 83 towards La Pryor.

Following this, the officer reported that he was chasing a white Chevy Camaro driving on Highway 83, the same car Salazar was driving. Furthermore, during the pursuit, Salazar’s Camero “drove off the road, over-corrected, and traveled across the roadway, onto the west barrow ditch”.

Due to his speed, Salazar struck some trees and the vehicle violently rolled several times and caught fire. Here are some photos of the incident:

Among those who were also slain in the car chase were Jose Luis Jimenez-Mora, 41, Jose Molina-Lara, 23, and Sergio Espinoza-Flores, 36. The three were passengers inside Salazar’s car and were all Mexican nationals.

Sadly, Salazar’s last Instagram post was him posing in front of the same white Chevy Camaro.
