15-year-old Teen Lost P50,000 After “Dugo-Dugo Gang” Victimized Her in Cavite

The criminal group “Dugo-Dugo Gang” stole P50,000 from a 15-year-old girl after they told her that her mother was involved in an accident in Cavite.

Dasmariñas Rep. Elpidio Barzaga, Jr. warns constituents about a criminal gang in their area after a little girl was victimized. The female suspect was seen on CCTV fooling the girl, according to Barzaga’s Facebook post.

According to the victim, she received a call about 12 p.m. stating that her mother was engaged in an accident in which a child was injured and that the child’s mother was demanding money. According to the suspect, his mother requested the money (P7,500), gold bracelet jewelry, laptop, and smartphone (Samsung A12) to assist with the child’s medical care.

After Kidzworld, the suspect told the victim to meet him in Pala-Pala near McDonald’s. Around 3:01 PM, the suspect woman can be seen passing by Robinson’s footbridge and conversing on her smartphone, according to CCTV evidence.

A bag of items was seen on the victim’s person. The victim reappears a few minutes later, and she is no longer carrying a bag. The young victim told the CCTV office that the suspect in the photo was the one he spoke with and who had given her all of the money and equipment she was carrying.

Barzaga is offering a reward of 25,000 to anyone who can assist the police in locating the criminal. Other victims of this woman, according to Barzaga, should go to the police station so that proper charges can be brought.
