Young Lady Calls Out DOH “Gumising Ka!” During Anti-Vaxx Rally In Philippines
GUMISING KA DOH! – Netizens across the Philippines are baffled as the country has its first viral “anti-vaxxer”.
Generally, you would see “anti-vaxxer” prevalent in the United States where they are most vocal. Unfortunately, most would argue that research through a quick google search and TikTok doesn’t make you a vaccine expert.
Meanwhile, the Philippines recently had a taste of its first full-blown anti-vaxxer rally amid a global pandemic. In a viral TikTok video, you would see a young lady passionately ranting about her beliefs.
Additionally, she called out the DOH and President Rodrigo Duterte to do something about the vaccines. Furthermore, she falsely states that there is no such thing as SARS COV-2 or COVID-19.

On the other hand, some netizens link the Philippines’ hesitancy to get vaccinated is due to overblown dengvaxia issues.
Currently, the Philippines is aiming to achieve herd immunity by November 2021. If achieved, most experts believe that this could become a catalyst for normalcy amid the global pandemic.
