Maine Mendoza has this personality, her yaya says
The Yaya of Maine Mendoza revealed these things about the Eat Bulaga host during a recent episode of the popular segment Bawal Judgemental.
Maine has been in the industry for six years and the longest-running noontime show opened the door for her showbiz career. From that, her popularity skyrocketed and until now, she is part of the show that has been a pillar of noontime shows in the Philippines.
In a recent Bawal Judgmental, one of the choices was the Yaya of Maine Mendoza, based on the article in Bandera. It was revealed that Yaya Perly has been serving the Mendoza family even before the mother and father of the actress-host got married.
Later on, it was Yaya Perly who also took care of Maine and her siblings and she is still taking care of them until now. The nanny was asked if she already noticed during the childhood of Maine that she has an inclination for showbiz. “Oo, mahilig nga po siyang humarap sa salamin, mag-arte-arte. Pero tahimik naman po siya, lagi lang pong nasa kwarto,” Yaya Perly revealed.
She also revealed that until now, Maine has not changed even though she is one of the superstars of her generation. “Hindi naman ho siya nagbago, tahimik pa rin po siya, may malambot na puso,” she said. In a video message for, Maine Mendoza thanked her yaya. “Hello Pe, surprise! oh ako lang ‘to. Gusto ko lang magpasalamat Pe’ sa lahat ng ginagawa mo para sa amin, grabe 35 years ka na pala naming kasama,” the Eat Bulaga host said.
Maine also said that she is wishing that they will still have Yaya Perly with them for another 35 years. The actress knows that the phrase “thank you” is not enough to show appreciation for all the things that Yaya Perly has done for her and her family.
The actress-host also reminded her nanny that they are always there for her. “Kung may kailangan ka we’re just a call away, at lagi mong tandaan na hinding-hindi ka namin papabayaan, ‘yun lang ‘Pe. Thank you, thank you sa lahat and I love you,” Maine Mendoza said.
