This is what Paolo Contis revealed over his stay in Baguio.
PAOLO CONTIS – Controversial Kapuso actor Paolo Contis made some revelations over his stay in Baguio following the lingering speculations online.
A week ago, GMA actor Paolo Contis refused to make any comments about the issues on his split with LJ Reyes, and based on a previous article, he wanted to let the issue die down first before releasing a statement. But after only a matter of days when he said that, he broke his silence and clarified each allegation against him that has gotten his leading lady Yen Santos dragged into it.

In his statement, he cleared the name of Yen saying that she is not the third party and the reason why he and LJ got separated. He admitted his fault and mistakes while they were still together. He also apologized to LJ and to their kids. A part of the actor’s statement also confirmed that he was with Yen during the height of the speculations in Baguio.
What is seemingly the most controversial part of his statement was when he said that Yen was only there with him “as a friend” for a day. Accordingly, he invited her and since she’s living in the North, she went to him and stood as someone he can talk to over his current struggles.
Many netizens did not buy his explanation that she was just there as a friend. Their actions in a viral video seemingly tell otherwise about their “friendship”. And now, with the speculations going around that they did not stay there for a day but for days actually, the actor made some clarifications.
Coming from him, it’s accordingly impossible that they were there for days because he had work the following days. The speculations about this started when he and Yen were spotted together again in a ramen house. He said explaining the sequence of his schedule during those times:
“Paano mangyayari iyon? August 28 nagpabakuna ako sa Caloocan. August 30, nag-taping ako ng Bubble Gang. September 3, nag-taping ako ng Dear Uge. So ano iyon, inaaraw-araw ko ang akyat panaog sa Baguio? Ano ito, road trip every other day?”
He even added that people should also upload his pictures during his vaccination as now would be the right time to prove that he is telling the truth. He received accusations that he was in Baguio with Yen for five days while others claimed that they were together for 10 days. He quipped based on the vlog of Ogie Diaz, “May nasulat naman 10 days daw kami. Pakisabi gawin na nilang 30 days para happy sila.”
