Dennis Trillo Took A Selfie W/ ‘Parasite’ Director Bong Joon Ho
DENNIS TRILLO – Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo shared a selfie with Bong Joon Ho, the director of the South Korean movie “Parasite.”
Veteran actor John Arcilla may have won the Coppi Volpi (Volpi Cup) for Best Actor at the 78th Venice Film Festival for his performance on “On the Job: The Missing 8” but his co-actor Dennis Trillo also won that evening.
The 40-year-old Kapuso actor had the time of his life when he attended the awarding ceremony in Venice, Italy. He met a few of what we’d presume to be his heroes.
On Instagram, Dennis Trillo uploaded incredible snaps from the prestigious event. He got the chance to meet Bong Joon Ho, the director of the South Korean movie “Parasite” In the caption, he thanked the award-winning director for signing his book.
“Labyu tito Bong! Thank you for signing my book,” he wrote.
In an earlier post, Dennis Trillo shared his selfie with Joon Hoo and Quark Henares. It came with a caption, “Mission Accomplished! Thank you tito Bong!!!”
Dennis Trillo, Erik Matti, Dondon Monteverde, and Quark Henares are among the Pinoys who flew to Italy to participate in the film festival. The prominent actor was just more than happy to document the event.
Dennis’ fanboy posts with the ‘Parasite’ director were accompanied by more group photos. He also had a selfie with ‘Nomadland’ director Chloe Zhao.
‘On the Job: Missing 8’ is a sequel to the 2013 film ‘On the Job’ also by Erik Matti. In the movie, the Kapuso actor plays Roman Rubio, a prisoner who later became a hired hitman.
