Kapuso actress Carla Abellana revealed the reason why she rattled while taping this particular scene in the series To Have And To Hold.
Carla is just among the many Kapuso stars who continue to work amid the health crisis. With the safety precautions, the actress has done the lock-in taping with her leading man Rocco Nacino.
Based on the article in GMA Entertainment, Carla revealed in her recent vlog that there was a scene that made her rattle. It was an extra challenge for her as an actress because she had to shoot that scene on the spot.
“’Yung isa sa mga pinaka-importante, crucial na scenes sa To Have And To Hold, e, ngayong lang nakunan – on the spot naibigay ang lines,” Carla Abellana shared.
She added that it was part of the story and most importantly, it was part of the finale week. She, Rocco, and their director Don Michael Perez decided to add something or to put a twist.
The actress shared that in her entire acting career, as of this day, it was just the first that she would do that. Carla is used to have herself well-prepared for every scene as much as possible, but this time she got to experience something new.
“‘Di bale na mag-over prepare at least memorize ko ‘yung lines ko. And I don’t bring the script anymore to the set, so first-time ko na-experience na walang lines, completely revised ‘yung scene and on the spot ‘yung mga linya na bago,” Carla Abellana shared.
Because of this, she felt a new rush within her as an actress. “So, I was rattled a bit, to be honest, because that never happened to me before,” she said.
Carla, on the other hand, was thankful that they were able to do the revised scene and it was much heavier than what was pictured out from the original scene.
