High Blood Policeman Allegedly Threatens Hospital Staff
The policeman who has been rushed to the hospital due to a high-blood pressure reportedly threatens hospital staff.
A 37-year-old cop identified as Patrolman Angelo Mendoza Abalo has been reported to the authorities after he allegedly threatened the health workers in the hospital. The policeman did his irresponsible act during confinement at the hospital.
Abalo has been rushed at the Valenzuela Emergency Hospital after suffering from a high blood pressure. He introduced himself as a policeman but eventually lost his temper due to an unknown reason.
“T—ina naman, nagpakilala na akong pulis. Kung hawak ko lang ang baril ko, binaril ko na kayo,” Abalo told one of the hospital nurses.
The hospital staff immediately reported the incident to the police authorities. The cops immediately respond and went to the hospital wherein the suspect is confined.
The policeman will be transferred to Station Investigation Unit ng Substation 6 after he will be discharged from the hospital for proper disposition. Valenzuela City Police Station has also asked the health workers to file a formal complaint against the suspect.

On Monday (August 30, 2021), the Philippine National Police chief Police General Guillermo Eleazar explained that he already ordered the Northern Police District to conduct an investigation regarding the incident.
“Hindi natin kukunsintihin ang ganitong klaseng asal at tinitiyak ko na pananagutin natin ang pulis na ito kapag lumabas sa imbestigasyon ang kanyang pagkakasala,” Eleazar said.
