Here’s what Janus del Prado revealed about several showbiz personalities
Actor Janus del Prado made revelations about his fellow celebrities Paulo Avelino, Angel Locsin, Meryll Soriano, Joem Bascon, and Bea Alonzo.
Janus has this image on social media as a very loyal friend as he would always defend his friends against negative issues. However, this also garnered criticisms from his bashers saying that he is “sawsawero”.
In a recent interview by comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz, one of the questions that were asked to Janus was how he is as a friend.
“Ay grabe, makikipagpatayan ako para sa kaibigan ko,” the actor said. Janus del Prado said that he treats his friends this way because they are also real people and true friends and not just what they call “taping friends”.
He added that even though he is not saying anything, his friends would always feel what he is going through and it is not always about money.
Then, Janus revealed things about his closest friends in showbiz. He said that during the lockdown, without saying or asking anything, Paulo Avelino would just send money to his bank account for grocery. “Sasabihin niya, ang aga-aga makikita mo, ‘Paps, may pinadala ako sa’yo, maglo-lockdown daw ulit,’” Janus said.
When it comes to Meryll Soriano and Joem Bascon, Janus said that the couple would always check on his emotional and mental health. For Angel Locsin, the actor said that her name really fits her. One of the memorable things that Angel did to him was when he was hospitalized. The actress was the one who paid his hospital bill that reached more than P150,000.
When asked about Bea Alonzo, Janus del Prado said that the actress has a different love language and it is food. The actress would always send him food and products from her endorsements. Bea would also share things from her fans with Janus.
“Iba-iba sila ng love language nga. Kaya nga sabi ko, hindi naman lahat eh, tungkol sa pera,” Janus said.
