SNOOP DOGG – American superstars Snoop Dogg and Kevin Hart had a funny reaction to Pinay weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz’s winning moment in Tokyo Olympics.
The weightlifter from Zamboanga City, Philippines, Hidilyn Diaz ruled the 55-kilogram category in women’s weightlifting at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. She bested China’s Liao Qiuyun.
The 30-year-old athlete became the first Filipino to bring home the gold medal from the prestigious sporting event. The Philippines has been trying to win gold for the last 97 years.
Last week, Hidilyn Diaz received the key to her brand-new house in Tagaytay. She will be neighbors with her fellow Olympic medalist Nesthy Petecio, Eumir Marcial, and Carlo Paalam.
In a previous article, the weightlifter gave a glimpse into the interior of her 2-story house. Aside from the house, she will also receive P50 million and other items.

Recently, rap icon Snoop Dogg and ‘Jumanji’ star Kevin Hart gave their reaction to Hidilyn Diaz’s winning moment at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Their sports commentary is titled “Olympics Highlight with Kevin Hart & Snoop Dogg.” It was aired on the video streaming platform, Peacock.
The two Hollywood stars had a funny reaction to the Pinay athlete’s winning moment. The rapper did the introduction for Diaz’s video. He said, “Filipino weightlifter, Hidilyn Francisco Diaz, took home not only her first gold but the first gold ever for the Philippines.”
Snoop Dogg and Kevin Hart watch the video of the Diaz’s winning clean and jerk and they were both astonished. “You know how hard that is, kid. Me and you, we both be in the gym,” the rapper told the comedian.
Then Hart said, “Well, first of all, you can see by our body types [that] this is what we do. Okay?”
Kevin Hart then gave his real reaction to the Pinay’s historic win. He said, “that is extremely impressive. Her clean and jerk was 493 lbs.” The rapper said, “So, she could’ve lifted me and you up at the same time.”
