Heart Evangelista Re-enacts Famous “Shopping Scene” in Pretty Woman
HEART EVANGELISTA – Filipina actress and social media star Heart Evangelista re-enacted the famous “shopping scene” in the hit 1990 film “Pretty Woman.”
Queen of Creative Collaborations Heart Evangelista has been in the United States since early this month. She’s with her stylist Katrina Cruz and fashion designer Mark Bumgarner.
Almost non-stop, the 36-year-old celebrity had a string of meetings with industry colleagues and friends like Tiktok star Chriselle Lim, ‘Crazy Rich Asian’ author Kevin Kwan, Bling Empire star Kane, and Incubus vocalist Brandon Boyd. Her ‘piggyback’ video with the Rockstar went viral on social media.
Last week, Heart Evangelista shared a video of her re-enacting the iconic scene from the movie “Breakfast at Tiffany’s.” The online community found it hilarious after she drank coffee straight from the “garapon.”
The Kapuso actress is back with another of her #CharaughtChronicles on her IG account. This time, she re-enacted the famous “shopping scene” in the 1990 film “Pretty Woman.”
In the movie, Vivian Ward played by American actress Julia Roberts is looking for a dress at the famous Rodeo Drive shop when she was insulted and rudely dispatched by two retail assistants.
A day after that, she went back to the shop and delivered the best comeback. She told them, “You people work on commission, right? Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now.”

In a post on her Instagram account on Saturday, Heart Evangelista played Vivian and let Katrina Cruz portray the shop assistant. It can be seen in the video that her stylist took the role quite seriously. They also made some minor adjustments to the lines.
In the caption of the post, she wrote: “Welcome to Hollywood! What’s your dream?”
