Teenage Working Student Earns Praises Online After Buying House & Lot At Her Young Age
A teenage working student named Patricia Mae Tandas successfully purchased a house and lot despite her young age.
A 19-year-old female teenager earned praises and admiration from the online community after she successfully bought a house and lot despite her young age. The young woman is studying and working at the same time.
Patricia Mae is a call center agent in the evening while taking a psychology course and selling food products during daytime. She just wanted to help her family and to buy the things she wanted without asking from her parents.
Eventually, the lady teenager realized that she is spending too much money for unworthy things and decided to spend on things that she could use in the long-run. The woman used her extra money to buy a house and lot in Cavite.
Tandas was able to pay the equity of the housing unit, which is ready for turnover next year. However, she still need to pay the monthly install for several years. The housing unit costs P750, 000.
Initially, Patricia’s dad do not agree with her decision but her mom Evelyn is supporting her. Evelyn is also proud of her daughter’s achievement despite her young age. The young lady also gave some tips in saving money.

“iba naman po yung situation na may sinusuportahan ka o may iba kang ginagastusan, may kanya-kanya tayong time to shine. Baka may specific time para makuha mo rin yung gusto mo, kung wala naming ibang pinag-gagastusan o sapat naman yung kinikita nila, iinvest mo na lang sa property,” Patricia said.
