For Paulo Avelino, it is hard to deal with this in a “bubble”

Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino revealed that this is the hardest part for him being in a lock-in taping amid the pandemic.

In line with the new normal that people in the entertainment industry have to follow, shootings are now done in a “bubble”. Several days are being spent shooting a series or a movie as artists and production staff are housed in an area and they are not allowed to go home.

Based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, the situation in the lock-in taping is not hard for Paulo Avelino but homesickness is. “The har­dest part actually is not being in the bubble and working almost every day. The hardest part is sometimes you get homesick. Kaya ang saya rin ng cast naming,” he shared.

His new series Marry Me, Marry You with Janine Gutierrez is his second lock-in taping amid the pandemic. After the enhanced community quarantine, they are set to go back to the bubble to shoot more scenes.

The actor is thankful that the cast and crew of his series Walang Hanggang Paalam because they were making his mood better if they see him sad. “They find ways and means to take your sadness away,” Paulo said.

Meanwhile, for his new series, the actor said that it is his first time working with some of his co-stars. He added that this new series will spread good vibes as people have been going through a hard time this past year.

Paulo Avelino also shared it is great working with Janine Gutierrez as she is easy to get along with. He said that his leading lady is always happy and this influences other people on the set to be happy as well. Aside from their series, Paulo and Janine are set to do a movie together also.
