The first six months in the Philippines were the hardest for him. It was his time for adjustment and the culture shock he went through caused him severe weight loss. Due to the language barrier and being newly introduced to foods, he had a hard time and it was difficult for him. He doesn’t know where to start his life but he crawled his way to live by.

He searched for school and learned the English language. From that point, surviving became quite easier for him as people can now understand what he’s saying. He learned to love the food, the culture, the people, and by traveling, he fell in love with the country. He has built a life in this country already.
