Kakai Bautista Teases Frontliner Who Gave Her Second Dose Of COVID-19 Vaccine

KAKAI BAUTISTA – Here’s the video of singer-actress Kakai Bautista teasing the health worker who gave her 2nd dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

People working in the movie industry started getting their coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines last June 11, 2021. They are classified under A4 of the government’s priority group.

Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benhur Abalos said around 300,000 people from the movie industry are affected by the health crisis. He said through the celebrities’ influence on the masses, they can help encourage them to get their COVID-19 jabs.

Among the celebrities who were vaccinated include JM De Guzman, Sharon Cuneta, Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, Rico Blanco, Maris Racal, Maine Mendoza, Bianca Gonzalez, Khalil Ramos, Gabbi Garcia, and Sanya Lopez.

Recently, actress Kakai Bautista drew laughter in the online world when she shared her video getting her second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. She was accompanied by her “First Yaya” co-star Sanya Lopez.

In a post on her Instagram account last July 12, Kakai uploaded a video of herself getting inoculated. The younger actress held her hand throughout the process. Despite being nervous, the comedian joked around with Lopez and the health worker.

As the frontliner pushed the syringe on her arm, Kakai told him, “Oh sh*t ang sarap.” People in the area laughed at her joke and the woman who was taking the video asked her why she wasn’t shaking despite her nervousness.

“Mas nanginginig ka nga sa akin eh,” she jokingly told the frontliner before adding, “kuya marami akong ipon.”

In the caption of her post, she wrote: “Fully vaccinated! Thank you Lord. Hawak kamay yan sya @sanyalopez. Thank you to all our frontliners! Thank you for your patience and service. Mabuhay kayo!!!”
