Bea Alonzo once tried to find her biological father
Kapuso star Bea Alonzo shared that she attempted to find her father because of what happened to her friend Angelica Panganiban but this factor made her decide not to continue it.
In an interview by Jessica Soho, the A-list actress shared that she has not met her biological father. It is because Bea was only four years old when her British father and her mother separated.
Based on a recent article on gmanetwork.com, Bea Alonzo shared that there was an instance when she thought of finding her father. It was in 2009 when her friend Angelica Panganiban found her American father.
“Hanapin ko rin kaya ‘yung tunay kong ama? Sabi ko parang nakakainggit naman ‘yung na-experience ni Angelica. Parang gusto ko rin ng ganun,” Bea said.
The Kapuso actress also shared that Angelica confided to her about this matter because the latter knew that they share the same experience when it comes to their biological father.
Bea said that the first step that she did in order to find her father was to ask for information from her Mommy Mary Ann. “Kaya lang ‘yung reaksiyon na ibinigay niya sa akin that was my deciding factor na ‘wag na lang. That my life is complete,” the Kapuso actress shared.
In her KMJS guesting, Bea Alonzo mentioned that her mother became her father as well and she did not feel any emptiness when it comes to this aspect of her life. The actress also shared that she is thankful for having her stepfather who has been married to her mother for 17 years now.
