Such negative comments they already saw ahead was primarily the reason why they were silent initially about their baby as per a previous article. They are aware of their celebrity status and they know the implications but as parents, they don’t want their child exposed to the harshness of the world.

Meanwhile, in terms of wedding plans now that they are a family of three, the actress shared that they don’t have any plans yet of tying the knot. What they wanted to put their focus on for now is to raise Jude, their son. She said, “Wala pa, hindi pa kami nagmamadali about that. For now, ‘yung focus namin is to raise Jude muna.”

And now, appearing in Magandang Buhay after making a comeback in acting, she was asked about she deals with the bashers of her son. As a mother, she expressed that it’s painful. The first time she read a hateful comment, she was accordingly in confusion if such remark has been really made against her child who is innocent and someone who didn’t do anything.

But as a mother, she believes that one of her purposes is to fight for her child. She can take any negative comments about her being in the industry for too long but the bashing towards her child is something she cannot allow to pass. She said, “Wag naman sa anak ko na walang kamalay-malay. Kasi if he can’t fight for himself, I’m gonna fight for him.”
