Veteran actress and singer Sharon Cuneta wouldn’t be the Megastar for anything. She started young in the industry and through the years, her talent has given many contributions in the entertainment industry. She has several hit songs and blockbuster films under her belt and this year, getting out of her comfort zone, she did something brave.

The Megastar has a new film under the direction of Darryl Yap which is called “Revirginized”. Previously trending are photos from the film where she was seen doing body shots to her leading man Marco Gumabao. Being paired with a much younger actor, her husband Senator Kiko Pangilinan expressed that she sees nothing wrong in his wife doing it.

Her role in the film was a bit different compared to her other wholesome roles but he believes that it is a “reinvention” of herself to collect more audience and to show people the other part of her acting skills. He said, “It reminds me in a way of her decision to do ‘Crying Ladies’.”

And now that the official trailer is finally out, the viewers were shocked to see and hear the Megastar saying the “P.I” word and other cusses that she never usually does in her films. Meanwhile, they are also impressed how she can easily and effectively affect the audience through her shifting of emotions from being dramatic to comedic.

Also, NNPK and MILF were used in the film that described her character in the film. In an Instagram post, Megastar expressed that she is aware of the shock of many people. She warned that children are not allowed to watch this and addressed what the people are clamoring about.

She said that people must just ear in their mind that it was just her role that’s just way different from the roles she did before. She wrote, “Please broaden your mind, enjoy it, and I sincerely hope you watch it on Vivamax starting August 6! It’s gonna be a rollercoaster of a ride, because maninibago po kayong lahat sa akin dito.”

In her post, she also assured the people that she is still the same “Sharon” and plead to let her be different once in a while even if it is just in a film. She also believed that such changes are needed to be an actress.
