Is this a hint about the political plan of Tito Sotto in the 2022 elections?
Henyo Master Joey de Leon shared this post that appeared to be a hint about the plan of Senate President Tito Sotto to run for Vice President in the 2022 elections and this received various reactions from netizens.
Just recently, the TVJ (the trio composed of Tito, his brother Vic Sotto, and Joey) were spotted together. It appeared that they had a meeting and they were with Mr. Tony Tuviera, the producer of the longest-running noontime show Eat Bulaga, and Jenny Ferre, the brain behind the show’s popular segment Pinoy Henyo and the AlDub phenomenon, based on the article in Abante Entertainment.
Senator Tito Sotto was the first one who posted about this meeting. “Nag meeting sila! May ibig Sabihin!” the lawmaker wrote in the caption of his post. Then, in the comment section, he wrote, “Kasama si Tuviera n Jenny.”
Joey de Leon reposted the said photo collage on his Instagram account. As the Henyo Master is known for writing meaningful captions that would make his followers ponder, this post also garnered different thoughts.
“Nag-meeting TVJ kasama TJ (Tony Jeny) pero kulang ng isang “V”. Baka yun pinag-meetingan. V for Vice-President? From SP to VP? Hmmm well, Abangan…” Joey wrote.
Is this a hint that Tito Sotto will run for Vice President in the 2022 elections? It can also be notived that the TVJ trio were all wearing blue outfit.
In the comment section of Joey’s post, several netizens showed support for the Senate President if ever he will run for a higher position next election. On the other hand, there were those who said that it might be just for the upcoming anniversary of Eat Bulaga. Here are some of the comments.
