Video footage of late ex-president Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino where he is celebrating his last birthday before passing goes viral.

Connie Sison, the host of Unang Hirit, posted a video of PNoy celebrating his birthday with his friends on Instagram. The video, which was shared by PNoy’s friend General Alvin Francis Javier, depicts Aquino’s 61st birthday celebration on February 8.

In the video, Aquino’s fire pals at a shooting range in Quezon City are seen joyously gifting him with a birthday cake and singing him “Happy Birthday.” Even as President of the Philippines, Noynoy” was recognized for his simplicity. This simplicity was once again shown in a viral video shared online.

“This video was taken during former President Noynoy Aquino’s 61st birthday last February 8, 2021 at a firing range in Quezon City. He was given this simple celebration by his firing buddies. Who would have thought that it would be his last birthday celebration? May His soul rest in peace.” Sison wrote on Instagram.

Due to kidney illness, the former President died yesterday, June 24. He was the Philippines’ 15th President. His parents were the late former President Corazon Aquino and Senator Ninoy Aquino.

Benigno Aquino III, the former president of the Philippines, was brought to the hospital on Thursday morning, June 24. The former president was taken to the Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City, according to initial reports.

Aquino’s death was confirmed by a family member a few hours later. He was 61 years old. Aquino was on dialysis for months before he died. He recently had a cardiac procedure as well.
