La Vida Lena actress Erich Gonzales said that her biggest achievement amid the COVID-19 pandemic was not posted on her social media accounts.
It is natural for many people, not just celebrities, to share online something they have achieve, whether it is a big or small achievement. With the aid of social media, it is much easier to share to other people and to the whole world the glimpses of one person’s life.
However, Erich chose not to divulge to the public this thing that she considers as her biggest achievement amid the health crisis, based on the article in Inquirer.
The actress said that she had charitable endeavors that are not known to many people but she stressed that she has nothing against those who chose to post about this kind of activity.
“When it comes to helping others, I’m not the type who would post about what I do on social media. Don’t get me wrong; I have nothing against celebrities who upload photos [of the outreach programs they took part in] on their personal accounts. Helping others, whether in a big or small way, is a good thing,” Erich Gonzales said.
She said that she has participated in outreach programs but she did not reveal further details about this. Aside from helping the community, Erich also shared that helping her loved ones is also an achievement for her.
“Another thing is being responsible at home, which is actually where you start forming your values … You don’t simply think about yourself anymore. You also consider the needs of the loved ones you live with. You help provide for them in whatever way you can,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Erich Gonzales said that she is thankful that she did not have major adjustments before starting the lock-in taping for La Vida Lena. For her, it was a pleasant experience working for the series amid the pandemic.
