Former Pres. Noynoy Aquino Rushed to Capitol Medical Center, Kris Aquino Arrived in Hospital
KRIS AQUINO – The actress-TV host was spotted entering the Capitol Medical Center where his brother, former President Noynoy Aquino, was rushed earlier.
Countless hearts were left shocked and saddened by reports about former Pres. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III being rushed to the hospital early today, June 24, 2021. The former Chief Executive was brought to Capitol Medical Center.
Just a few minutes after reports that the former President was rushed to the hospital, an update that broke a lot of hearts crossed the surface – former Pres. Noynoy Aquino passed away. He was 61 years old at the time of his death. The cause of his demise was yet to be disclosed to the public.
The Aquino family has yet to speak or release a statement regarding the reported death of former Pres. Benigno “Noynoy” Aquino III. Based on CNN Philippines, past 9:00 a.m., the former President’s younger sister, Kris Aquino, arrived at Capitol Medical Center.
According to CNN Philippines, Kris Aquino was spotted entering the hospital but she has yet to give a statement about her older brother. The actress-TV host is the youngest among the five (5) Aquino siblings. Their other sisters, Ballsy, Viel, and Pinky, are living private lives having not entered politics nor showbiz.
As of this writing, there are still no updates about the cause of the death of the former President. He served as the country’s chief executive from 2010 to 2016. Prior to it, he had his years as the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and as a Senator in the upper chamber of the legislative branch.
It was after former Pres. Cory Aquino‘s death in 2009 that the people urged then Sen. Noynoy Aquino to run for president in the 2010 national election. He had a retreat before making his decision, took the presidential race, and won. His administration focused on eradicating corruption and helping the poor.
