For several years, the Pokie has been under the management of ABS-CBN. Amid the TV giant’s fight for its franchise, she was one of the artists who defended and showed support for the Kapamilya network.

“Actually, ako ang magpapasalamat kasi, sila ang nag-‘yes’ sa akin. Kasi, ako talaga ang lumapit. Since 2019 pa, 2019 pa kami nag-uusap-usap and in all fairness naman, binuksan nila ang kanilang mga braso sa akin, thank you,” the actress-comedienne said.
She also expressed that there are a lot of things that she still wants to do for her fans and supporters. Pokie said that she wants to work with Kapuso artists like Alden Richards, Marian Rivera, and Jennylyn Mercado.
The former Kapamilya star recognizes the talent and good personalities of the said artists of GMA-7. She also wants to work again with Rayver Cruz. They already had the chance to work together when they were in ABS-CBN.
The first regular show of Pokwang will be the Pepito Manaloto and she will appear as guest on The Boobay and Tekla Show, All-Out Sundays, Wish Ko Lang, Sarap Di ba, Magpakailanman, Dear Uge, and Unang Hirit.
Pokie also aspires to have a sort of cooking show where she can share her knowledge in the kitchen and her entrepreneurial skills.
“Siyempre, kagaya nga ng sabi ng aming mga boss dito sa GMA, magkakasama na kami nila Ms. Ai-Ai (delas Alas, Ms. Uge (Eugene Domingo), at isa sa nilu-look forward ko, ang makatrabaho sila,” Pokwang said about her friends.
