Is Jessy Mendiola still friends with her ex-boyfriend JM De Guzman?
JESSY MENDIOLA – Kapamilya model and actress Jessy Mendiola speaks about JM De Guzman and their relationship now.
During the last quarter of 2015, celebrities Jessy Mendiola and JM De Guzman revealed that they have broken up. It was their second shot on love with each other already but it still didn’t workout. The reason that they shared before to the public is to focus on their respective priorities which they think is better at that time.
They never spoke ill about each other during the height of their split. Based on a previous article, De Guzman revealed that he had his personal issues while being with Jessy but it was not because of her and their split that made him use again. The reason why he went to rehab again is because of the substance itself and not of anyone else.
And now, years after, with De Guzman showing commendable performance in his series while she’s happy now as a married woman, Jessy answered a question from her followers in her recent vlog about him. She was asked why they broke and if they have remained friends. Addressing this, Mendiola revealed that she and JM before were both emotional and their clashing against each other did no good.
It lead to their break up and she can say that they are civil to each other now. They are not totally friends to each other but JM is somehow exerting effort to treat her well and with respect. Jessy stressed that “all is well” now between the two of them and both of them have moved on already.
“Whenever I see him, I say ‘Hi’ and same lang din naman siya sa akin kapag nakikita niya ako lumalapit siya, bumebeso siya. So, we’re okay naman,” she said.
