Kapamilya actress Ivana Alawi has a royal fan as speculations surfaced that Prince Abdul Mateen of Brunei is her new admirer.

Apparently, the popularity of the half-Pinay, half-Moroccan celebrity is not just limited to her audience in the Philippines. Based on the article by entertainment columnist Neil Ramos in Manila Bulletin, a new fan of the actress-vlogger, is an elite.
It was said that Prince Abdul Mateen, the 10th son of His Majesty Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, is too eager to meet Ivana Alawi. Supposedly, the member of the royal family of Brunei saw a viral video of the Kapamilya actress and he was smitten by her beauty.
Ivana has not spoken if she is open to the idea but some of her recent Instagram photos with a horse tickled the hearts of netizens who are shipping them. The Brunei Prince is a polo player and it can be seen on his Instagram post that he has a passion for this sport.
Netizens gushed over the recent photos of the actress-vlogger with a horse and the caption fueled more “kilig”. One of the photos has this caption: “Let’s ride away together. Just u and me.” In another photo, Ivana Alawi wrote, “OTW to u.”
According to the columnist, these created speculations that this is the way the actress is saying to the Brunei Prince that she is open to the idea.
As of this writing, the Kapamilya star has not spoken about this matter yet.
