According to the inquiry, the victim’s family and the police had a previous argument in which a police officer hit the victim’s son. Lilibeth Valdez, 52, of Sitio Ruby St., Barangay Greater Fairview Q.C, was the victim, while PMSG Hensie Zinampan, 42, of the same region, was the suspect.

The assault occurred in front of the victim’s residence at 9:30 p.m., according to Fairview Police Station 5 commander PLt. Col Melchor Rosales. The cops seemed to have gone to Valdez’s house and confronted the victim.

The defendant, who was allegedly inebriated, grabbed the victim and shot her multiple times at close range. The victim collapsed immediately, while the suspect ran after firing a shot at the old woman. The culprit has already been apprehended by police.

Eleazar stated that he will keep cleaning up the PNP’s ranks. Even though there was a video of the crime, Zinampan had previously denied it. According to Eleazar, investigators are prepared to pursue a murder charge against the officer.
