The victim was later hauled out by the suspect. The victim pleaded, but the suspect shot her at close range. After the encounter, the victim died on the spot, and the culprit walked away.

The suspect and his lady neighbor had a disagreement before, according to Beverly Luceño, the victim’s daughter. They allegedly got into a fight because they were both inebriated. The suspect was apprehended by Fairview Police, and the gun reportedly used in the incident was recovered from him.

Despite the existence of camera footage, the suspect simply refuted the claims and stated that he did not commit the crime. Luceño expressed her hope that the suspect will feel guilty and accept responsibility for her mother’s death.

The suspect has been brought to Camp Karingal by police. Meanwhile, Philippine National Police Chief General Guillermo Eleazar said the act was unacceptable because police officers are supposed to safeguard the public. Eleazar directed the Quezon City Police District to file administrative charges against the suspect as soon as possible so that he might be dismissed from duty.
