One investment where people can surely take both leisure and learning at the same time is travelling. Despite the dreading long haul flight and carrying your big bags with you, through travelling is where you get to learn other culture, meet new people, and try cuisines that your tongue are not familiar of. And these things you’ll take home is also something you can take with you forever as a learning experience.
And an ultimate lover of traveling is Bea Alonzo who has already step foot in several countries. In her recent YouTube channel, she tackled her top favorite destinations from the numerous countries she’s been to and she gave her top 10 destinations in no particular order because she loves all of them equally.
She shared her memories and past experiences as a traveler and the things that she herself has witnessed. The first country she mentioned is Paris where she went to for the first way back in 2012. She went to different famous spots there such as the Versailles, Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, Notre Dame, and others. She loved the cafe in there, the baguette, croissants, and even the butter and wine there taste best for her. Every corner has a story as per her narrative.
She also went to Dubai where her mother exhausted their budget for five days buying gold pieces of jewelry. They tailed John Lloyd Cruz all throughout their travel accordingly but also paid the money they borrowed from him as soon as they returned to the country. That incident also taught her to apply for and bring credit card with her, especially when traveling.
She went to Prague and was apprehensive at first for she wanted to go there with someone special. However, a friend of hers told her to not depend and stick to the idea of bringing a special person to places because it will all just be the same even when you’re just with friends or traveling alone. She described Prague to be romantic and one thing she loved about it is because it is cheap to go there.
The actress also been to Germany and visited the Holocaust Museum where she heard the real voices of the victims of the holocaust and learned about this part of history. Her trip was educational and she could not explain her feeling being there which was accordingly different compared to her feelings watching the history in movies.
Other countries she’s been to are Japan, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Vienna, Norway, and Florence.
