Heartwarming Video of Shopee Rider Braving Floodwater to Deliver Customer’s Order & Earn Money for Family Goes Viral
A hardworking Shopee rider braved the floodwaters just to deliver the order of his customer and earn money for the necessities of his family.
A Facebook user named Christian Reyes Dabu has shared the video footage of himself braving the flood just to deliver the order of his customer. The video footage garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that Christian is braving the floodwaters while wearing his crash helmet and raincoat to protect himself. He patiently braved the flood while carrying the parcel without assurance that his customer would take the order.
Dabu said that he need to deliver the parcel amid flood so he could get a good performance and acquire an incentive. The delivery rider did not mind the risk of being infected by leptospirosis and other illnesses just to earn money.
Hardworking Shopee Xpress rider stressed out that delivery workers are enduring the hardships and dangers of their workers just to provide the financial necessities of their families and loved ones.
