China Roces submitted a complaint alleging a breach of Republic Act 9262, which protects women and children. China responded to Tulfo’s question by saying that the case will be continued even though Tim had already posted bond. This is due to the fact that he is still mocked. In reality, it is said to have reenacted a China-related incident.

At the first hearing of the case, even Atty. Garreth Tungol of ACT-CIS, who is also China’s lawyer, delivered his account against Tim’s troops’ alleged behavior. Tim’s pals were even able to make noise and dance as though they were rehearsing during the hearing, according to the lawyer.

They are accused of underestimating the process and disrespecting the court. As a result, Tulfo also intends to teach the accused vlogger’s buddies a lesson in the hearing. Raffy Tulfo in Action will also continue to follow the case of Tim Sawyer, who is accused of repeatedly injuring his ex-girlfriend China Roces.
