“I’m warning them right now, kung ikaw ay gagawa ng kalokohan, magbebenta ng slot, siguradong makukulong ka. Hindi lang iyon, pati ang bibili ng slot, that’s a conspiracy kaya kayo rin po ay makukulong,” Abalo stressed.

Other probable culprits in the “vaccine for sale” plot, he claimed, are also being investigated. One of the accused surrendered in Mandaluyong on Wednesday.

Kyle Bonifacio, the son of a barangay councilor, was named as one of the suspects offering vaccine slots. He is currently assigned to the CIDG (Criminal Investigation and Detection Group) and will be transferred to the NBI (National Bureau of Investigation) for a complete investigation in a few days.

“We also like to know kung meron siyang kasabwat, o talaga bang siya lang mag-isa dito. Most importantly gusto naming malaman on the side of LGUs, are there other persons from the government?” it added.

It’s critical, according to Abalos, to figure out who his collaborator and individuals behind thse illegal activities are so that charges may be filed against them. Bonifacio could be charged with estafa, bribery, or violating the Bayanihan to Act as One Law, among other things.
