Delivery Rider Caught on Cam Touch the Private Part of Lady Passerby in QC
A CCTV footage caught a delivery rider who touch the private back part of the lady passerby in the street of Quezon City.
A 23-year-old woman was walking in broad daylight when a man identified as a delivery rider unexpectedly followed her, according to CCTV video. While trailing the woman, the man took advantage of the opportunity and groped her.
The victim immediately ran away, while the perpetrator bolted in the opposite direction. The lady victim immediately files a complaint with the barangay after the groping incident.

According to the witness, she was terrified and trembling. Authorities named the man as Justin De Guzman, noting that he had previously been charged with the same offence.
“Actually itong victim na ‘to, siya ang nagbigay sa atin ng name. Desidido raw po siyang isampa ‘yong reklamo para nang sa ganoon, ‘yong mga kababaihang nabiktima tulad niya, makapagsampa kaukulang reklamo laban dito sa suspek,” QCPD Station 11 commander Police Lieutenant Colonel Elizabeth Jasmin said.
The suspect’s other victims are encouraged to file a complaint against him by the recent survivor. Act of lasciviousness will be charged against De Guzman.
