TokTok Rider Arrested in a Buy-Bust for Peddling Illegal Drugs in Valenzuela
TOKTOK RIDER BUY-BUST – A delivery rider was arrested during a police illegal drug operation for allegedly selling drugs.
After performing a buy-bust operation in Valenzuela City, a delivery driver was arrested and taken to prison. Ronquel Andy Beltran alias “Oneng,” 32, a resident of #35 Pinagpala St., Serrano Subd., Marulas, was named as the suspect.

According to PSSg Ana Liza Antonio’s investigation, at around 5:45 a.m., Station Drug Enforcement Unit (SDEU) staff led by PLT Joel Madregalejo conducted a buy-bust operation against the delivery rider suspect on Gen. T De Leon Road in said area.
PCpl Dario Dehitta claimed to be a poshuer buyer and was able to transact P1,000 worth of drugs with the suspect, according to the police report. PCpl Randy Canton immediately arrested Beltran after he handed over the shabu purchased by the poseur buyer.
Four heat sealed transparent plastic sachets weighing approximately 5 grams and priced at P34,000.00 were recovered from the suspect, as well as P500 pesos buy-bust money, P500 boodle money, P280 pesos, ID and driver’s license, sling bag, and VIVO cellular phone.
His Yamaha motorcycle, which was used to move drugs and had the license plate number 1801-0171473, was also confiscated. The police will file a complaint against the perpetrator in the Valenzuela City Prosecutor’s Office for violating Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of RA 9165.
