Here’s the comment of Kuya Kim to the message of Mario Maurer to Rabiya Mateo, our Miss Universe Philippines.
RABIYA MATEO – Thai actor Mario Maurer sent love for Rabiya Mateo after hearing she’s a fan but Kuya Kim Atienza has this comment about it.
Because of his hit movies like Crazy Little Thing Called Love, PeeMak, and the one with Erich Gonzales entitled Suddenly It’s Magic, beauty queen Rabiya Mateo has grown this fondness over Mario Maurer. Mateo is the Philippines’ representative in the 69th edition of the Miss Universe pageant.
The coronation night will be on May 16, the morning of May 17 in the Philippines, held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. And if ever the Iloilo beauty wins this year’s competition, she will be joining the line of winners such as Gloria Diaz, Margie Moran, Pia Wurtzbach, and Catriona Gray.
And now, upon hearing that Rabiya is a fan, Maurer wished her good luck for the competition, He said to her, “I wish her good luck because I heard that she’s in the competition so I wish she have a good luck.”
However, despite the positive note of his message for the beauty queen, it has received an unfavorable comment from Kuya Kim Atienza where he recalled what Kakai Bautista‘s connection to him has done to her career.
Last March, Maurer’s camp has sent a demand letter for Kakai which stated a warning to sue her if she keeps on talking about the Thai actor. In the letter, it has been stated that the comedienne’s “improperly exploiting the name, image, and reputation of [Maurer], his management, agents and representatives, and maybe violating existing laws of the Republic of the Philippines and the Kingdom of Thailand.”
Such incident has made Kuya Kim said in his comment: “No, Rabiya is not a fan of yours, Kakai was and how badly you and your PR team treated her. Just had to say that.”
