As such, those who have travel history to India in the last 14 days prior to entry to the Philippines remain barred. However, foreign nationals that hold valid immigrant and non-immigrant visas such as students, workers, and residents are now allowed to enter the country.

Unfortunately, tourists are still not allowed to enter yet. Still, for tourists to be able to enter, they need to secure an exemption from the Department of Affairs. Moreover, foreigners who manage to qualify themselves for entry must have a pre-booked accommodation for at least a week.

Additionally, they must be tested for COVID-19 on the sixth day of their isolation. Along with this, the country’s arrival limit of 1,500 daily arrivals still holds.
