The man’s ear was found to be placed in the cake after an inspection by Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO). The police officer was not named by DYHB on purpose.

In an interview, BCPO Director Police Colonel Manuel Placido said that he did not have direct knowledge of the incident but that he would discuss it with the appropriate officers. While it is common for police officers to receive life threats, Placido believes that he would protect his officers, especially when it comes to their job.

It has not been determined who owns the ears, but it should be remembered that in the morning of March 07, a corpse was discovered in the city of Victorias without an ear. Because of the letter found next to the body, the man, who is suspected of being a victim of salvage and in connection with illegal drugs, has yet to be identified.
