Karylle shared her message for her friend Sunshine Dizon
It’s Showtime host Karylle welcomed her fellow former Encantadia star Sunshine Dizon as the newest Kapamilya.
Sunshine and Karylle were together in the said defunct fantasy series in the Kapuso network. Their friendship extended beyond their taping days and this included their co-stars Diana Zubiri and Iza Calzado.
For several instances, the four actresses would share their get-together and bonding moments. Now, Sunshine is in ABS-CBN. Karylle and Iza have transferred also to the Kapamilya network a few years ago.
On April 30, it was officially announced that Sunshine Dizon is one of the cast members in the upcoming series Marry Me, Marry You that will feature the tandem of Janine Gutierrez, who was also from GMA, with Paolo Avelino.
Prior to this confirmation, it has been rumored these past few days that Sunshine will do her network switch and indeed it happened after 25 years of being under the management of GMA-7.
In a previous article, Sunshine said that she is thankful to be a Kapamilya and she is excited about her new project. With this, Karylle shared her message for her friend.
“Wishing you all the best my dearest sistah @m_sunshinedizon! Congrats on the new show and welcome Kapamilya!” the singer-host said in her Instagram post featuring a screenshot of her video call with Sunshine Dizon.
“Kailan ulit yung #ThePretendTalkShow natin? Season 2 na ba? Wowwww Hahahaha! Picture + video call as usual muna before Shine’s mediacon!” Karylle added.
Several netizens who commented on the post of the It’s Showtime host also congratulated the newest addition to the ABS-CBN family. There were also those who expressed excitement to see the acting prowess of Sunshine as a Kapamilya.
