Kim Chiu reminisced the day when she started her showbiz career
Chinita Princess Kim Chiu celebrated her 15th anniversary in the entertainment industry with this inspiring throwback post that she shared on her Instagram account.
Kim is one of those celebrities whose career in showbiz was paved by the Kapamilya reality show Pinoy Big Brother. From being one of the housemates “sa bahay ni Kuya”, she has come a long way and is now considered one of the popular female celebrities of her generation.
In her recent Instagram post, Kim emphasized the date when she started realizing her dream – April 23. “I was just a teenager, a dreamer from Cebu with two impossible goals in my pocket,” she said.
Kim Chiu shared that at that time, she really wanted to be seen on TV, as well as to help her family when it comes to the financial aspect.
Along with her dreams is her prayers that she would reach her dreams someday. Time passed and she has proven that her prayers were heard. “Years and years later. I cannot believe that I am now living the dream, living the prayer that I once thought was impossible,” the It’s Showtime host shared.
She expressed happiness for what she achieved and gratitude for her family, friends, fans, and all the people who helped her reached her dreams. “Ups and Downs nandyan kayo para sakin. SALAMAT!” the actress said.
