Here’s what Lolit Solis said about the relationship between Xian Lim and Kim Chiu
Actor Xian Lim is very consistent when it comes to being conservative with his relationship with actress Kim Chiu and this received reaction from entertainment columnist Lolit Solis.
Xian and Kim have been together onscreen since 2011 and their relationship went beyond being love team partners, although they haven’t divulged the details of the transition.
Just recently, Kim celebrated her 31st birthday and her boyfriend prepared a surprise for her. Xian also wrote a heartfelt birthday dedication for his girlfriend that garnered comments that it was like a wedding vow.
The actor’s mom, Marry Anne Lim, also expressed gratitude for the Chinita Princess for simply being present in the life of her son. Apparently, Kim is very close to her boyfriend’s family.
Following the birthday celebration of the actress, a revelation about her relationship with Xian Lim surfaced. Lolit Solis wrote in her recent writeup in Pilipino Star Ngayon that Kim Chiu’s boyfriend is maintaining his consistency in being conservative.
It was said that until now, after several years of being together, Xian only kisses Kim on the cheeks and on the forehead. However, the veteran columnist asked what’s the necessity of making this information public.
“Okey, conservative, prim and proper, at talagang sobra sa taas ng moral value, pero ano ba at bakit kailangang sabihin pa na sa noo at pisngi lang nahalikan ni Xian si Kim?” Manay Lolit asked.
Then, she said that she admires the self-control of the young couple which is not the same situation with other hot-blooded young couples who are “all-out pagdating sa physical”.
Manay Lolit added that it is an admirable trait and a plus factor for Kim Chiu, as well as a wow factor for Xian Lim’s discipline. On the other hand, the columnist said that this revelation might create more intrigue.
“Pero hindi ba nag-open pa ito ng mas maraming questions? Hindi ba mas open pa ito ngayon sa intriga? ‘Pag ganito siguro, dapat maingat na rin sina Kim at Xian sa pag-share ng info,” Lolit Solis said.
