Talking to ESPN, Vanessa expressed that her late husband and Nike “have made some of the most beautiful shoes of all time”. She also cited that a lot of basketball players in NBA wear the signature shoes of her husband than other pairs of shoes.

Based on the article, the wife of Kobe Bryant stressed that the products of her husband sell out in seconds and it means “everything” and she really hopes that fans will have her late husband’s products. Sources claim that she and the estate are disappointed over the limited produce of Nike.

Vanessa said that she’s hoping for a “lifelong partnership with Nike” that is reflective of the legacy of her husband. On its part, Nike cited that Kobe’s an important part of the brand’s connection with its consumers and he will always be loved.

“Though our contractual relationship has ended, he remains a deeply loved member of the Nike family,” Nike said.
